Site Assessment and Investment Benchmarking-

We have successfully executed site assessments for a variety of hotels, restaurants, spas, leisure clubs and other hospitality-related businesses in the UK and China.

Projects include major client investments in hotels and serviced apartments, including the hotel brand selection process, due diligence for hotel development projects and hotel and leisure acquisition analysis for Chinese investors into the UK.
 

HR Consulting
Considerable experience in the successful resolution of HR issues and problems. Projects have included a Resourcing strategy for underperforming hotel operations, development and training plans for staff improvement delivery, realignment of roles and responsibilities, evaluation of outsourcing options and senior management headhunting.
